ICT Support Organisations

We work with ICT Support companies up and down the country, supporting you to provide a better service to your schools. We’ll share our expertise and our kudos in interactive technology, so you can share it with your schools.

ICT support companies are usually the first port of call for any technology-related enquiry in schools – whether a Bluetooth keyboard isn’t working or a school needs a shiny set of new interactive touchscreens. Wifi, Chromebooks, malware-protection, cloud computing and more – multiplied over several sites and magnified by the rate that technology is moving forwards.

Ask us about how we advise and support ICT support organisations, reducing workload whilst adding value to your service. Leverage our Tier 1 relationships with manufacturers and our status with national frameworks and help establish yourself as the partner of choice for schools.

These are a few of our key services we provide to ICT Support organisations:

Independent Advice

Without commercial bias and motives, we’ll provide experienced advice to you to pass onto your schools, or indeed directly to your schools if you prefer. We complement your knowledge of core ICT with our expertise in audio-visual and interactive technology. We don’t replace or tread on your toes.

Your own Edtech Expo

As a Tier 1 partner of the majority of manufacturers, we regularly work with ICT support companies to showcase a range of these to schools in the region. Like a ‘mini, local Bett show’. We fund a local venue, teas, coffees and nibbles and work with you to maximise footfall. We invite guest speakers, host EdTech seminars and of course accommodate your relationships as well. Designed and planned in partnership, meaning each one of our EdTech Expos is unique.

Hosting at Exhibitions

Our team can be seen at the Bett show and elsewhere as hosts and guides for our ICT support partners, complementing your ICT expertise with ours in AV. We’ll introduce you to the decision-makers at the big AV brands to arm you with the latest information to report back to your schools. Speak to us about any shows you’re attending and we’ll be happy to host.

Dedicated Account Management

Our business is built on relationships, not on faceless sales transactions. An experienced Account Manager is on the end of the phone and always available to visit your offices, supported by our Service Delivery Team to provide immaculate service to yourselves and your schools.
