What details do I need to provide to Promethean Technical Customer Support when I contact them?

For Promethean to assist you as quickly as possible, please have the following information to hand:

The postcode of your organisation, and that of the site where the product is installed.
The serial number of your product, and whether you have registered it in the Registration Portal.
Your ActivCare Account Number.
The operating system e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 11.2.1.
The firmware version.
The ActivDriver version.
Attach any relevant photos

You will be given a case reference number should you need to contact Promethean again.
