What details do I need to provide to Promethean Technical Customer Support when I contact them?
For Promethean to assist you as quickly as possible, please have the following information to hand:
- The postcode of your organisation, and that of the site where the product is installed.
- The serial number of your product, and whether you have registered it in the Registration Portal.
- Your ActivCare Account Number.
- The operating system e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 11.2.1.
- The firmware version.
- The ActivDriver version.
- Attach any relevant photos
You will be given a case reference number should you need to contact Promethean again.
