How can I check the status of my delivery?

Please contact your dedicated member of our Service Delivery Team who will be able to provide tracking and proof of delivery for you.

What if my goods are received damaged?

Please inspect the goods before signing for the delivery or as soon as possible afterwards.

If goods are damaged at the time you receive them, please either refuse delivery, or sign for the goods as 'received damaged'. Then, contact your dedicated member of our Service Delivery Team immediately to allow us to report it, and ensure a replacement is arranged in a timely manner.

You will be given a Case Reference Number by our colleague and updated at regular intervals on the progress of your case.

Why have I only received part of my order?

We may deliver individual products within a single order separately, as they often come from different sources. If you're in doubt, please contact us.
