A Collaborative Approach to Decision-Making
Boasting a large array of the latest classroom technology, our Experience Centre is the ideal place for you to visit and find the right technology for your school. It's a space that brings together key decision makers, in a laid back setting, that encourages collaboration.
This was certainly the case for Keelham Primary School. We were joined by Rob Hunter (Headteacher), along with the School Business Manager and a classroom room teacher for a hands-on session exploring what technology would deliver impact for them. This mix of decision-makers and end-users ensured that the final choices weren’t just about budgets and specifications, but also about what would work best in the classroom.
With so many options available—hardware, software, peripheral devices, installation, training, and long-term support—the session helped Keelham break everything down into clear, manageable steps. The focus was on balancing performance with practicality, making sure the school’s investment would have a lasting impact on both teaching and learning.

Testing, Trying, and Finding the Right Fit
The Experience Centre provided Keelham with a space to explore and interact with different technologies before making any commitments.
- Interactive touchscreens to compare functionality, ease of use, and accessibility for both teachers and pupils.
- Digital tools and software to see how they could enhance lessons and improve engagement.
- Visualisers and classroom accessories to understand how they could integrate into daily teaching.
- Installation and training plans to ensure the transition would be smooth for staff.
Having technology experts on hand meant Keelham could ask detailed questions and get advice tailored to their specific needs.

Bringing Confidence to the Decision
By the end of the workshop, Keelham had a clear direction. They didn’t just choose which technology they wanted—they chose the right combination of solutions that would genuinely improve classroom learning. The session gave them the confidence that their investment would be practical, impactful, and sustainable over time.

A Valuable Step in Keelham’s Journey
Keelham’s visit to our Experience Centre was more than just a product demonstration—it was a crucial part of their planning and decision-making process. By testing different options, discussing possibilities with experts, and involving key staff members, they ensured that their investment would meet the needs of both teachers and pupils.
For any school considering new technology, this approach—experiencing before deciding—helps turn uncertainty into clarity, confidence, and a well-planned future.
